Description
The Software Engineering Manager supports a team of software engineers by providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support; collaborating with cross-functional teams on project requirements; mentoring and coaching team members; contributing to software engineering strategy; managing project tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks; and promoting collaboration and continuous learning. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 6+ years of industry experience including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role, programming and debugging skills, leadership or mentoring experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
