Lilly is seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Specialist to join their Seishin Quality Control Department. The successful candidate will perform quality control testing for injectable products and solid dosage forms, prepare and review procedures, investigate deviations, manage change, and lead project participation. This role involves conducting physicochemical and microbiological tests, preparing documentation, and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, teamwork, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
