Description
The Associate Manager, Supply Planning leads a team of Supply Planners and manages supply planning strategies, processes, tools, KPI performance, inventory, service levels, and cross-functional alignment across a cluster and region. The role includes developing team capabilities, coaching planners, driving continuous improvement, and managing root-cause analysis and performance accountability. It requires an undergraduate degree, 2–3 years of supply chain or business experience, 5–7 years of PC application experience, 3 years of team-based cross-functional experience, and at least 2 years of management or leadership experience. The position is full-time and permanent, onsite Monday through Friday with remote work once per week after three months, and is not eligible for relocation.
