NAVEX is hiring an Associate Manager, Technical Services to lead a team of Technical Specialists delivering ethics and compliance product solutions. The role manages day-to-day migration operations, case prioritization, quality assurance, metrics, escalations, staffing, performance development, and process improvement during an 18-month engagement. It is a hybrid overnight-shift position requiring at least two days per week in the NAVEX office, with occasional travel and compensation of 2,525,000 INR annually plus 5% MBO and a possible night-shift differential.
