Description

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an Associate Manager, Therapy Development to lead and evolve European therapy development initiatives. This role involves partnering with commercial field teams to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals, optimizing HCP engagement strategies, managing marketing and educational asset development, driving digital engagement, and acting as a central coordinator across various departments. The position serves as a maternity cover contract with potential for permanent employment.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse teams (commercial, medical, senior stakeholders)
Strong ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into clear, impactful messaging
Experience working in or closely with field/commercial teams and understanding their needs
Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives across countries
Understanding of cardiovascular space / TAVI / structural heart is a plus
Familiarity with digital engagement tools, content platforms, or CRM-based campaigns
