Description
The Associate Manager, Toys will manage segments of the Infant/Preschool Core Toys business for North America, overseeing licensee partnerships, licensing agreements, product approvals, financial forecasting, budgeting, P&L reporting, new business development, and collaboration with retail, franchise, legal, finance, and product development teams. The role requires at least three years of category management experience, strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, and a hybrid schedule requiring at least four days per week in the office.
