Description
The Associate Manager, Warehouse manages daily warehouse operations, leads and coaches team members, develops customer and internal performance reports, resolves conflicts, maintains facility and safety standards, manages external providers, and drives cost savings and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience; warehousing, customs, CTPAT, warehouse management, Spanish and English communication, people management, and Google Suite skills are preferred.
