Description
The Manufacturing Associate assembles, tests, and inspects small electrical motors and subassemblies while following work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures. The role operates equipment, handles components, performs visual and functional inspections, conducts basic electrical and mechanical tests, documents production and traceability information, maintains a clean workstation, and follows safety and quality standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while previous manufacturing experience and familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S are preferred.
