L3Harris is hiring an Associate, Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, Arkansas, working 10 hours per day for four days per week. The role develops and analyzes manufacturing plans, processes, tools, and systems; supports product release and production validation; establishes process documentation, standards, and training; and coordinates process improvements and corrective actions. A bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience or, in lieu of a degree, at least four years of related experience is required; RCCA, PFEMA, and APQP experience are preferred.
