Description
The Manufacturing Associate operates and sets up one machine under the guidance of a seasoned operator in a standard manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, cleaning, material handling, inventory movements, labeling, quality inspection, sampling, testing, documentation, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience, basic math and English skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing setting. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 4:15 PM.
