Description
The Manufacturing Associate operates and sets up one machine under the guidance of a seasoned operator in a standard manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, cleaning, material handling, inventory movements, labeling, quality inspection and sampling, batch-record documentation, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and adherence to GMP, OSHA, and company standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on the production floor for at least six hours per shift. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 4:15 PM.
