Description
The Manufacturing Associate operates and sets up one machine under the guidance of a seasoned operator in a standard manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, cleaning, material handling, inventory movements, labeling, quality inspection, sampling, testing, documentation, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience, basic math and English skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working on the production floor for at least six hours per shift. The position works a 10-hour shift from 4:00 PM to 2:15 AM.
