Description
The Manufacturing Associate operates and sets up one machine under the guidance of a seasoned operator in a standard manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, cleaning, material handling, inventory movements, labeling, quality inspection and sampling, batch-record documentation, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and adherence to GMP, OSHA, and company standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience, basic math and English skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working on the production floor for at least six hours per shift. The position is on the second shift from 4:00 PM to 2:15 AM at 1300 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey.
