Description
The Associate Manufacturing Supervisor leads a work group in a manufacturing environment by directing production, monitoring performance, coaching employees, overseeing training, maintaining work instructions and reports, addressing personnel issues, and applying root-cause and continuous-improvement tools. The role requires at least two years of leadership experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow, Microsoft Office and department business-systems knowledge, and the ability to communicate and work cooperatively.
