Description
The Associate Market Manager manages all aspects of a financial services market, including employee retention, risk and compliance, revenue growth, profitability, client service, team development, hiring, training, and fiscal oversight. The role reports to the Market Executive and the Regional Chief Operating Officer, requires at least four years of Financial Advisor experience or comparable product-area or management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and specified Series and other registrations. The salary range is $150,000 to $160,000 per year, with possible discretionary incentive compensation and participation in a business-unit incentive plan.
