MANSCAPED is hiring an Associate Marketplaces Director, International Growth to lead international marketplace growth, primarily across Amazon UK, EU, and MENA, with secondary focus on Australia. The role owns marketplace strategy, revenue goals, performance reporting, promotional planning, content and storefront optimization, merchandising, pricing, competitive analysis, and cross-functional partnerships with brand, creative, product, finance, demand planning, supply chain, and operations teams. The position requires 8+ years of eCommerce or marketplace leadership experience, including 5+ years of deep Amazon experience, and offers a remote-first arrangement with a $140,000–$150,000 USD compensation range.
