Description
The Associate Materials Manager will execute global sourcing strategies for Kohl’s Private and Exclusive brands, partnering with design, production, sourcing, quality, and external mills and vendors. The role manages fabric and material libraries, PLM and development tools, testing standards, seasonal and long-range mill strategy, costing, negotiations, inventory risk, sustainability, supplier capabilities, and reporting. It requires at least two years of experience in textiles, product development, sourcing, production, supply chain, or related retail functions, along with textile construction knowledge, analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google platforms, and data/reporting tools. The position is based at Kohl’s Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
