L3Harris is hiring an Associate, Mechanical Engineer in Palm Bay, Florida to support new product development and factory support of existing products. The role translates customer requirements into mechanical specifications and test plans, conducts structural and thermal design analysis and verification testing, develops test procedures, processes engineering change orders, and collaborates with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation. Applicants must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, engineering mechanics, materials science engineering, or a related field.
