This is an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) position at SECU, designed to provide foundational knowledge of branch operations. The role involves performing routine duties such as handling member inquiries over the phone and in person, managing cash boxes, and assisting with account origination and maintenance. Associates will learn to process transactions, balance cash drawers, operate drive-thru windows, and interact with other departments to facilitate member requests.
