Description
This is an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) position at SECU, designed to provide foundational knowledge of branch operations. The role involves performing routine duties such as handling member inquiries over the phone and in person, managing cash boxes, and assisting with account origination and maintenance. Associates will learn to process transactions, balance cash drawers, operate drive-through windows, and troubleshoot issues related to member accounts and online access. Additionally, they will begin gaining knowledge of financial advisory and real estate products.
