The role provides behavioral health services to clients of all ages using evidence-based practices, with an expectation of completing 22 sessions per week. Compensation is based on completed billable sessions, with associate-level earnings of $67,158 to $90,558 per year and licensed-clinician earnings of $82,368 to $131,040 depending on schedule. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, an Oregon LPCA, CSWA, or AMFT license, and a clear path to full licensure by July 1, 2027.
