Description
The Associate Merchandiser supports the Merchandise Manager by analyzing sales and inventory performance, developing product assortments and buy plans, determining SKU quantities and size scales, writing purchase orders, forecasting production, and recommending allocation and replenishment strategies. The role also produces sales and sell-through reports, coordinates with sourcing and store teams, and performs data entry. It requires 2–5 years of merchandising and buying experience, a college degree in retail or business, strong analytical and communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; Jesta and Planning Analytics experience is preferred.
