Grab is hiring an Associate, Merchant Acquisition to support end-to-end merchant acquisition and onboarding for GrabMart, its online grocery and retail delivery platform in Vietnam. The role involves prospecting and qualifying retail merchants, presenting GrabMart's value proposition, negotiating commercial terms, preparing customized proposals, coordinating onboarding and activation, maintaining acquisition trackers, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, at least three years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, and experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or retail technology.
