Warner Pacific is hiring a remote Associate Multi-Market Quoting Analyst to support group health insurance quoting for small-group, large-group, level-funded, and ancillary business. The role analyzes RFPs, prepares carrier requests, manages quote volumes, maintains CRM records, follows up with brokers and carriers, supports proposal comparisons, and provides market and product insights. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong Excel and communication skills, and preferably 1–3 years of healthcare, insurance, or broker-support experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional in-office attendance and overtime as needed, and pays $20.06–$34.37 per hour with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and life insurance benefits.
