Description
The Operations GSC Associate supports DP World’s Trailers & Intermodal business across the order-to-billing lifecycle by managing load and order data, documentation, equipment records, detention and demurrage charges, invoicing, billing exceptions, carrier settlement, and operational reporting. The role is non-customer-facing, requires coordination with Control Tower, Billing, Finance and other internal teams, and involves rotational shifts including night shifts to align with US and global business hours.
