Description
The Operations GSC Associate supports DP World’s Trailers & Intermodal business across the order-to-billing lifecycle by managing load and order data, documentation, equipment records, detention and demurrage charges, invoicing, billing exceptions, carrier settlement, and operational reporting. This non-customer-facing, systems-driven role requires 2–4 years of transportation or logistics backoffice experience, knowledge of TMS and billing workflows, strong data accuracy, and flexibility to work rotational shifts including night shifts. The position is based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai and reports to the Assistant Manager or Manager – Operations (Multi Modal Solutions).
