The role works with internal operations teams, service management, telecommunications providers, and customer stakeholders to track outage status, support service restoration, document resolution details, and participate in service review and improvement activities. A bachelor’s or graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or four years of related experience without a degree, is required; prior telecommunications, network operations, service assurance, or technical support experience is preferred.
