Description
The Associate Nurse Manager (ANM)-Inpatient Unit serves as an extension of the Nurse Manager, supervising a nursing care team and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role includes staffing, coaching and mentoring, nurse leader rounding, quality improvement, employee engagement, and maintaining productivity standards. It requires a BSN or enrollment within five years of hire, a valid Ohio RN license, current BLS, and at least two years of hospital-based RN experience; informal leadership experience is preferred.
