Description
The Associate Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager in directing and overseeing a patient care team at Miami Valley Hospital. The role manages functional areas of patient services, develops staff, communicates organizational goals, and ensures efficient resource use. It requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, current CPR, and ACLS and PALS certification or certification within one year. The position requires 1–3 years of job-related experience, including at least two years as an RN in an advanced-care or step-down setting, with critical care experience preferred.
