Clean Harbors India is hiring a Junior Associate or HR Associate, Employee Onboarding for its Global Capability Center. The role coordinates with recruiters, hiring managers, partners, and candidates to process paperwork, background checks, medicals, credentials, hardware and software setup, mandatory training, and first-week support for new Driver and Non-Driver hires in the United States and Canada. The position operates from 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST Monday through Friday, with willingness to work from the office and stretch when business requires. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and customer-service skills, along with basic knowledge of US labor legislation and onboarding tasks.
