6sense is hiring an Associate Campaign Operations Specialist in Pune to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on digital advertising, programmatic, social, email, and demand-generation campaigns. The role supports campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, pacing, bidding, creatives, tracking, analytics, customer onboarding, Salesforce-based support requests, and cross-functional issue resolution with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and external platform partners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–6 years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with advertising or marketing technology platforms, strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, basic HTML and tracking knowledge, communication skills, and flexibility for rotational shifts.
