Dow is hiring an Associate Operator in Seadrift, Texas, to operate and troubleshoot assigned chemical manufacturing equipment and plant areas in a 24-hour, rotating-shift environment. The role includes monitoring process conditions and control systems, performing field checks and samples, responding to unplanned events, conducting root-cause investigations, coaching others, and operating a forklift. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent plus an associate degree or higher in process technology or a related field, or three or more years of relevant military experience, or three or more years of operations technician experience in a chemical, oil and gas, or manufacturing environment. The position requires a valid U.S. driver's license, legal work authorization, and the ability to work night and weekend shifts; no visa sponsorship is available.
