Description
Dow is hiring a Plant Operator to operate assigned plant equipment, monitor process conditions and control systems, respond to planned and unplanned events, perform shift handoffs, conduct investigations, and carry out autonomous maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. A short-cycle tertiary degree in process technology or a related field and at least two years of operator, manufacturing, or related experience are preferred. The position involves physical work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights.
