The onsite Associate Operator, Blending Split at DSM-Firmenich in New Ulm, Minnesota, operates and maintains blending and packaging equipment, cleans and sanitizes work areas, handles chemicals, performs quality control and HACCP checks, packages products, and moves pallets and heavy materials. The role requires 1–3 years of packing compounding experience, knowledge of GMP and HACCP, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a facility with limited temperature control.
