The Associate Operator, Warehouse – 2nd Shift supports plant operations by handling materials, weighing and packing orders, managing inventory, preparing SAP product labels, taking samples, maintaining documentation, and following safety procedures. The role is based in Lakeland, Florida, operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and pays $21.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, while warehouse experience, Microsoft Suite and SAP experience, tablet and scan-gun use, PPE compliance, and tolerance for manufacturing conditions are preferred or required.
