The role offers five days per week of coverage, clinical autonomy, access to diagnostic technology, pre-test support, and professional development. Compensation is a daily minimum of $900 to $1,000 or 80% to 85% of billings, whichever is higher, with a $100,000 forgivable loan available under a three-year commitment.
