Visium is hiring an entrepreneurial Associate Partner to advise C-level clients on AI and data strategy and lead large-scale digital transformations, with a focus on Life Sciences and Healthcare. The role combines business development, executive stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, analytical delivery oversight, solution design and implementation, and long-term client relationship management. Candidates should have Director or Associate Partner/Partner-level consulting experience, a data science background, strong healthcare consulting business development results, experience managing a multimillion-revenue healthcare client portfolio, and excellent English communication skills; French or German is a plus.
