Visium is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Partner to advise C-level executives on AI and data strategies, lead large-scale digital transformations, develop and expand Life Sciences and healthcare client relationships, and oversee high-quality consulting delivery. The role combines business development, strategic advisory, cross-functional team leadership, analytical problem solving, solution design and implementation, and practice development. Candidates should have Director or Associate Partner/Partner-level consulting experience, a data science background, Life Sciences and Healthcare specialization, a record of generating substantial healthcare consulting revenue, and strong English communication skills; French or German is a plus.
