Description
Chartis is hiring an Associate Partner to lead end-to-end enterprise Epic implementations, upgrades, and major optimization efforts for healthcare organizations. The role provides executive-level program leadership, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, cutover planning, and go-live support, while leading junior staff and coordinating with client executives. Candidates need 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT experience focused on Epic, prior management consulting experience is preferred, and must have experience as a Project Director or Program Director on at least one large-scale Epic implementation. The salary range is $184,000-$240,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
