Civitta is hiring an Associate Partner | EU Public Advisory in Hungary to develop client relationships, generate public-sector consulting opportunities, lead proposals and tenders, oversee senior-level project delivery, and coach multidisciplinary teams. The role requires at least seven years of consulting, advisory, policy, or economic-analysis experience, expertise in a core public-sector discipline, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Hungarian and English. The position offers flexible working hours, including twice-weekly work from home, and a gross monthly salary of 1,902,000 to 2,079,000 HUF.
