Hudson Nordic is seeking an Associate Partner for its Oslo office to build and develop its own customer portfolio, manage executive search and recruitment processes, and grow its business under the Hudson Nordic brand. The role is for a self-employed business owner who has several years of experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting, or advisory services, is commercially oriented, and can work independently with leaders and decision-makers. The position offers access to a Nordic network, established methodologies, and opportunities for Norwegian and Nordic assignments.
