Civitta is hiring an Associate Partner | Public Advisory in Albania to build the company’s local presence, develop public-sector consulting business, lead complex client engagements, manage proposals and tenders, and coach a multidisciplinary team. The role requires at least six years of consulting, advisory, policy, or economic-analysis experience, expertise in a core public-sector discipline, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Albanian and English.
