The Associate Partner – Transformation, Restructuring & Operations Optimization (Monterrey) leads complex business transformation, restructuring, and operations optimization engagements while supporting business development, client relationships, and regional growth. The role combines project execution, solution design, senior-stakeholder advisory, multidisciplinary team leadership, and selective commercial responsibilities, with a clear progression toward full Partner. Candidates need 5–10 years of hands-on leadership experience, regional roots in Monterrey or at least 10 years living and working in the region, and a strong record of delivering operational and financial results.
