Description
WSP is hiring an Associate Pavement Engineer to join its Pavement Engineering team and deliver pavement design, maintenance, investigation, and supervision projects for clients in the UK and overseas. The role covers technical delivery and project management from feasibility through handover, including road and airfield pavement design, inspections, lifecycle planning, commercial guidance, client relationships, and fieldwork. The successful candidate should have a track record delivering schemes in local or national transport, experience with pavement design, investigation, maintenance, and failure analysis, and knowledge of relevant methodologies, materials, and contract documentation. The role also involves leading a team of engineers and supporting performance appraisals.
