Maven Clinic is hiring an Associate, Payments [RCM] to review and process fertility-related medical claims, identify denials and payment discrepancies, prepare appeals, coordinate prior authorizations, verify eligibility, resolve payment disputes, reconcile payments, and improve revenue-cycle management processes. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, benefits management, or insurance billing, familiarity with medical billing and claims processing, claims software proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. The base salary is $81,000–$95,000 per year, with stock options and benefits for eligible full-time employees.
