Clifford Chance is seeking a junior associate to join its Private Equity and M&A practice in Sydney. The role involves advising on private equity investments and exits, public and private mergers and acquisitions, growth capital and minority investments, and general corporate advisory matters. The associate will receive early responsibility, direct client exposure, training, mentoring, and career progression opportunities, with responsibilities including technical drafting, transactional work, managing multiple workstreams, client communication, and commercial problem-solving.
