Description
BKF is hiring an Associate Planner to support public- and agency-based current and long-range planning projects across infrastructure, transportation, water resources, land development, government, and related client work. The role manages planning assignments, prepares General Plan and specialized plan elements, reviews development applications for zoning and municipal-code compliance, coordinates environmental review including CEQA, conducts planning research and analysis, provides guidance to stakeholders, and facilitates public meetings and presentations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, three years of professional planning experience in a public agency or equivalent setting, and a valid California Class C driver's license. It is a hybrid-eligible role with a stated hourly salary range of $34.00–$50.00.
