Description
BKF is hiring an Associate Planner to support public- and agency-based current and long-range planning projects across areas including transportation, housing, economic development, sustainability, land use, zoning, and environmental review. The role manages planning assignments, prepares General Plan and specialized-plan updates, reviews development applications and entitlements, coordinates with agencies and stakeholders, facilitates public meetings, conducts planning research and analysis, prepares reports and presentations, and coordinates CEQA activities. A bachelor's degree in a related field, three years of professional planning experience in a public agency setting or equivalent, and a valid California Class C driver's license are required. The position is hybrid, with travel to BKF locations and client sites as needed, and pays $34.00-$50.00 per hour.
