Shell Recharge Solutions is hiring an Associate Platform Engineer for a work-from-home or hybrid role in India. The position supports the reliability, uptime, performance, monitoring, incident response, firmware deployment, commissioning, and lifecycle management of a global EV charging platform. Responsibilities include on-call rotations, root-cause analysis, collaboration with engineering, IT, and EPCM partners, and support for chargers on the public network. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field, 6 months to 1+ years of experience in tech operations, IT, or site reliability engineering, monitoring and observability expertise, and English fluency.
