EquityZen is hiring an Associate, Platforms to support complex, time-sensitive product initiatives and the company roadmap. The role collaborates with product leadership, design, engineering, and other internal teams; creates specifications, wireframes, documentation, and API guides; supports UAT, A/B testing, product rollouts, incidents, and training; analyzes customer usage data; and participates in agile ceremonies. Candidates should have 1–3 years of product management or related experience, an undergraduate degree, familiarity with user-centered design and analytics platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills. The expected base pay is $58,000 to $115,000 per year.
